The Nature of Our Advice
Consulenza Salute provides nutritional guidance based on metabolic principles. We do not provide clinical medical diagnosis, nor do we prescribe treatments for acute disease. Our role is to optimize wellness through evidence-based dietary shifts.

Service Rules & Protocols
Engagement with our platform requires adherence to specific professional standards. These rules are designed to protect both the nutritional practitioner and the client, ensuring a focused environment for health transformation.
Sec. 1.1 — Online Consultations
All sessions are conducted via secure video links provided at the time of booking. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment for the duration of the consultation.
Sec. 1.2 — Technical Limitations
Consulenza Salute is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party software or local hardware failures. In cases of technical disruption, we will attempt one reconnection; if unsuccessful, the session will be rescheduled subject to availability.
Attendance & Commitments

We respect your time and ask for the same. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
Late Arrivals
Sessions operate on a strict linear schedule. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the original scheduled time to ensure subsequent patients are not delayed. No partial refunds are issued for reduced session time.
Refund Policy
A tailored nutritional blueprint is a product of laboratory-standard individual analysis. Due to the bespoke nature of our nutritional reports and consulting energy, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Intellectual Assets
Every "Nutritional Blueprint" and "Protocol Guide" delivered by Consulenza Salute is the intellectual property of the nutritionist. These documents are provided exclusively for your personal use. You may not republish, distribute, or sell any portion of the guidance templates, data models, or scientific assessments provided.
Personal implementation, private storage, and tracking of own progress markers.
Commercial redistribution, unauthorized public display, or derivative nutrition coaching.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms or our nutritional services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
